To be considered for reimbursement or exchange, dietary supplements and clothing must be unopened and in the original condition and packaging. Return must be initiated and all items must be received by MyoBlox within 30 days of purchase. In all cases, reimbursements will be made to the credit card used in the original purchase. In cases of both product returns and exchanges, customers will be responsible for shipping fees. Additionally, all shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
